Prevent change of user names

PatientAccess lets you hide the ability for patients to change their user name. You can hide the ability for patients to change their user name on the following pages:

• The Change Username and Password page
• The Self-Registration page
• The Update Credentials page

To hide the ability for patients to change their user name:

1. On the Settings tab, click Change Username and Password.
2. In Parameters, select 1 in the Security.AllChangeUsername box, and then enter 0.
3. Click the Save button.
